PARQUE SANTIAGO VILLAS

Entry:  Having just returned back from our winter break in Tenerife, I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay.  Your apartment was beautiful, spacious and well fitted throughout. It was cleaned very well prior to our arrival and there was an adequate supply of towels and linen.

 The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic and we even saw a pod of dolphins swimming whilst having a drink…!   

 The complex was to a very high standard.

 An excellent holiday villa, an excellent holiday, superb weather – as always in Tenerife - and strongly recommended. 

Entry:  This is a somewhat belated comment, but I have stayed in villa 15 twice (in June 2006 & June 2008) and can’t wait until November 2009, when I will be staying again. It has everything you could want, and has just about the perfect location – great complex outside your gate, and is ideal for going to either further into Las Americas (or further on to the marina) or down to Los Cristianos and the harbour area. Plus the owners are so helpful and accommodating.

Entry:  Would just like to let you know what a fantastic time I had with my family. The Villa was fantastic and great for the kids with the pool on your front door and the beach promenade at the back.

No taxis required when you get to Parque Santiago III everything you could possibly want is within walking distance. Rebooking for July loved it so much.

Entry:'We have just returned from a fabulous stay at villa no. 6 at the Parque Santiago III complex.

The villa was just perfect with new bathrooms (4 of them!) and a new kitchen - all spotlessly clean. The Parque Santiago 3 complex has a fantastic pool area, with plenty of sunbeds although they are somewhat crammed in together,

It's maintained to the highest standards and has several poolside restaurants/bars and pool tables - plus a gym for those who can't bear to give it a miss for the week.

The villa is right by the poolside so you can sunbathe in the privacy of your garden whilst keeping an eye on the children.

My son aged 12 thoroughly enjoyed the new water/play area (restricted to ages 3-12) and found many english speaking children to hang out with. My daughter aged 16 was happy with the sunbathing and a couple of games of pool or a round of crazy golf in the evening.

The surrounding area is beautiful with many good restaurants (El Faro Restuarant to the left of Reception Parque Santiago IV is by far the best) and sedate bars on your door-step. A livelier night-life could be found within easy walking distance if Peters & Lee style music is not your thing!

The area is great for anyone with walking difficulties and was very wheelchair friendly.

In summary, I rate this holiday as a 10/10 - it had something for everyone.'
