GROUND FLOOR: Front garden, patio area containing table and chairs overlooking the sea, lounge cum dining area with Plasma television Sky News, Eurosport, CNN, BBC1, BBC2, BBC World etc., toilet and wash hand basin and shower, fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, instant water heater, ironing board, plus open utility area off the kitchen containing a washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR: One twin bedroom en suite with wardrobe[which contains a security safe]; one twin bedroom with bath en suite with wardrobe; toilet, wash hand basin and bath cum shower; large balcony off main twin bedroom which overlooks the sea.
SECOND FLOOR: One twin bedroom with a wardrobe; toilet, wash hand basin, shower; balcony off the bedroom and a viewing terrace overlooking the beach/sea.
